heka v0.10.0 Release Notes

🚀 At long last, the Heka v0.10.0 final release. Contains all of the fixes and new features in the v0.10.0 beta releases, plus an additional LogstreamerInput bug fix for cases where log files of zero length are deleted and recreated out from under the log watcher. Full details in changelog.

🚀 Third Heka 0.10.0 beta release. Highlights include:
- 🔧 TcpOutput now supports closing / reopening connections after a configurable number of succesfully delivered messages.
- ➕ Added decoders for parsing Linux's "netstat" and "netdev" output (i.e. contents of /proc/net/netstat, /proc/net/snmp, and /proc/net/net/dev files).
- All decoders can now suppress decode failure error messages if desired.
- 🛠 Many, many bugfixes, including some significant ones related to the newly added disk buffering behaviour.
